Your tasks
Business Partner for the Commercial teams, the product management and R&D
Financial Budgeting and Business Planning for Molding Solutions EMEA
- Compiles weekly & monthly management reports on orders, sales and margins
- Supports funnel management
- Delivers detailed analysis of actual product and project margins
- Develops reporting formats & cycles that support the business
- Supports on P&L and Analysis Models for the EMEA region
- Improves continuously the related processes and systems
- Reports and analyzes all SG&A Operating Expenses
- Drives standardization and reduction of complexity
- Improves related IT systems, i.e. SalesForce, Oracle EPM in collaboration with the peers
- Supports global and regional pricing
- Supports monthly closing cycle
- Supports internal and external audit
- Supports internal controls
- Answers ad hoc requests
Financial Budgeting and Business Planning for Molding Solutions EMEA
- Supports the yearly budget cycle and works with all areas of the company to compile the comprehensive budget package for EMEA
- Supports the monthly forecasting process
Your qualification
- Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in an international manufacturing environment
- Expertise as a financial business partner and strong internal customer service focus
- Strong financial acumen including strong analytical, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting skills
- Excellent problem solving, process improvement and organizational skills
- Understanding of GAAP and internal control principles
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to present concepts and results in a concise manner, incl. data visualization
- Fluent English skills both written and spoken. Additional skills in German and/or Italian are a plus.
- Skills in Microsoft Office, business intelligence tools (preferred Salesforce, Epicor, SAP R3, SAP BI, PowerBI) and reporting tools (preferred Oracle EPM)
